Abercrombie (Fitch) Returns Home to Quailhurst
Everyone at Quailhurst is delighted at the return of Abercrombie (aka “Fitch”) to the farm. Fitch was sold in 2007 as a jumper prospect to Molly Knott and Annette Knott of Portland, Oregon. After getting started under saddle in early 2009, Fitch and Molly came to Quailhurst in June to pursue a training foundation in dressage.
While both Molly and Fitch are enjoying and benefiting from their dressage lessons immensely, they also maintain their goal of competing in the jumper ring one day. It seems Fitch is bound to follow in the successful footsteps of his sire, Caletino!
